Welcome to
the Robert Patrick Archives, a photo and screen capture
archive fansite for actor Robert Patrick. You may know
him as Tom Ryan from CBS's hit show "The Unit".
Or maybe you know him as John Doggett from "The
X-Files". Or maybe you know him as the Liquid Metal
Guy from "T2". On this site you will find
screen captures from his films, tv roles, and photos
from the red carpet, conventions, and photo shoots.
I will also archive articles, interviews and other interesting
things having to do with Robert. My goal is to make
this site the one-stop Robert Patrick screen capture/photo/goodies
archive.

screen captures - potm -
blu-ray review
Today is screen capture day! I'm going through
my external drive and taking any and all Robert
Patrick screen captures that I have done and I'm
adding them to the site. New today: "Bridge
To Terabithia", "The Marine", "Ambushed",
"1st To Die", "Asylum", "Firewall",
and "All The Pretty Horses".
There are a couple movies ("Ambushed"
and "Asylum") that I have captures for
that aren't really good quality at all, if anyone
can capture these movies in better quality and
send them my way I'd really appreciate it. I try
to get at most 1500 pixel width on captures, but
I will accept lower if that's what you can do.
You can send your captures to: admin@danadoggett.com
The new Picture of the Month is Robert as Tom
Ryan in season one of "The Unit". While
going through my external drive I stumbled upon
this picture that I didn't remember I had in a
larger size, yay!
Terminator
2: Judgement Day Blu-ray Review (Skynet Edition)
There has never been another DVD (and looking
like Blu-ray for that matter) that has been released
as many times as 1991 smash hit film, Terminator
2: Judgment Day. Now with the release of the new
Terminator Salvation in theaters, this Memorial
Day weekend Lionsgate has unleashed upon the world
Terminator 2: Judgment Day (Skynet Edition). (read

cross your fingers - CBS
cancels "The Unit"
Kristi and I think we figured out how the hackers
were accessing our files on the server and we've
made some adjustments to our websites to hopefully
prevent another attack on our sites.
CBS has canceled long-running Sunday night military
action-drama "The Unit" and NBC is putting
an end to Thursday night comedy mainstay "My
Name Is Earl" and thriller "Medium."
The moves come after late-in-the-game saves for
relatively new fan favorites like NBC's "Chuck"
and Fox's "Dollhouse," (read

Robert in Iraq
Robert Patrick is currently in Iraq with fellow
"The Unit" cast members Max Martini
and Dennis Haysbert. You can read a small article
about it here.
I've got one picture so far, will look for more
and add in a future update.

Wilderness - new affiliate
Exclusive:
Robert Patrick Talks 'Terminator 5'!
I just got back from today's Los Angeles press
junket for Alien Trespass, where I spoke with
actor Robert Patrick, who does a hilarious turn
as a wise-ass small-town cop in the space-invader
period flick. And I made sure to tell Patrick
about director McG's recent conversation with
FEARnet, in which he told us he spoke with the
actor about portraying the creator of the T-1000
in a sequel to this summer's Terminator Salvation.
So what did Patrick really think of McG's proposal?
Would he take on the role?! Hit the jump to find
out what he told us! (read

"Alien
Trespass" - a review
... In order to give it a little sc-fi street
cred, the filmmakers have cast a game Robert Patrick
(the T-1000 in “Terminator 2”) as
Vernon, the no-nonsense deputy who has the hots
for Tammy (Jenni Baird), the feisty waitress at
Lucky’s Diner and, because it’s the
’50s, can still get away with mentioning
that another woman in the small town has “one
classy chassis.” (read

Review
of "Strange Wilderness" on Blu-Ray
.. best of all, Robert Patrick, who steals the
show as a macho tracker. Thank heaven for Patrick,
who plays it so straight he's the only genuinely
funny character in the movie... Nevertheless,
Robert Patrick creates a memorable character in
less than two minutes. Now, you might say, yeah,
but Patrick's a real actor and we expect that.
While that's true, it doesn't explain the flatness
of the characters portrayed by Borgnine, Long,
Baker, and Hill, who have shown exceptional talent
in the past. The fact is, these actors get nothing
to work with and, one assumes, little or no direction.
As a result, they are simply people reading lines,
characters without character.

Terminator 5 - Hell's Kitchen
- new HQ image
Article: Robert
Patrick Back for T5?
... But that’s not the yummiest part –
the yummiest part, as I see it, is McG confirming
Robert Patrick’s involvement in the next
movie... McG tells FEARnet that he’s possibly
going to have Patrick play the scientist that
ultimately forms the mould of the unstoppable
T-1000 from “Terminator 2 : Judgement Day”...
"I talk to Robert Patrick with great regularity,"
he said. "It's interesting – I was
[thinking of] a through line. I'll bounce it off
of you guys: I like the idea in a prospective
next picture that you meet Robert Patrick the
way he looks today, and he's a scientist that's
working on improving cell replication so we can
stay healthier and we can cure juvenile diabetes
and all these things that once again sound like
good ideas -- and once again live as an idealized
expression of ourselves. So imagine seeing a sixty-year-old
Robert Patrick and knowing, 'Holy shit! That's
gonna be the T-1000 – who comes back perfect,
lean and the whole thing.' I haven't concluded
that, but Robert and I had dinner the other night
and talked about it. I made two movies with Robert
Patrick, so I like him very much. And now he's
very heavily into motorcycle riding. He's a really
serious guy." (read

new hq image - new fanlisting
added - 'alien trespass' articles
I have a new HQ image of the moment (to your right),
this particular still is from the 1993 movie "Fire
In The Sky". A different look for Robert
than we're used to. I like it.
Article: "Beware
The ‘Alien Trespass’!!"
"Forget March 6th, May 8th or July 17th.
The film you will really want to see this year
premieres on April 3rd. Alien Trespass seems to
take everything I’ve ever loved about corny,
hokey 1950’s sci-fi films and serves it
all up in one film. Check out the trailer below
and if you don’t love this film by the end
of it, then you are truly a soulless automaton.
This is a film not adapted from a comic book or
a children’s book or even a re-imagining
of a television series. This is an original story
written by James Swift and Steven Fisher and is
a loving homage to the schlocky 50’s sci-fi
that many of us spent our youths marveling over.
Producer/director R. W. Goodwin (The X-Files)
brings the proper look and feel of the era, but
now in glorious color! With that in mind and a
cast that includes Eric McCormack, Jenni Baird,
Dan Laurie and Robert Patrick, I eagerly await
April 3rd. Keep checking Pop Culture Zoo as we
will have much more for you about this fantastic
film! Now, if only I could find a drive-in to
see this at… "
New "Alien Trespass" images:
According to this
website, ComicCon has announced the movie
evebt schedule for the 2009 WonderCon at the Moscone
Center South in San Francisco, CA - February 27th
through March 1st. "Alien Trespass"
will be included, and Robert will be making an
in person appearance, here's the information from
the site:
1:30-2:00 Alien Trespass—
Directed by legendary X-Files veteran R. W.
Goodwin, this recently discovered sci-fi film,
circa 1957, is finally being released. If you
love such vintage sci-fi epics as It Came From
Outer Space and This Island Earth, you’ll
want to learn more about this unseen tale of
an interstellar lawman whose deadly prisoner,
the grotesque Goata, escapes when their flying
saucer crashes near a small desert town in 1950s
California. Appearing in person: R. W. Goodwin,
Robert Patrick (T-2, The Unit), Eric McCormack
(Free Enterprise, Will & Grace, Trust Me),
Dan Lauria (The Wonder Years, The Spirit), and
Jenni Baird (The 4400). Esplanade

Article: "X-Files
Director Promises 7-Foot-Tall Penis in New Film"

the Alien Trespass panel, as producers talked
tentacles, defended goo, and even got Robert Patrick

'alien trespass' official
trailer and info - 'autopsy' review
Just a heads-up that you can now view the official
trailer to Robert's upcoming movie, "Alien
Trespass" on You Tube.
Additionally, you can also view the trailer and
get more information about the movie at the official
"Alien Trespass" website: www.alientrespass.com
Keep up on discussion of this project at the
Robert Patrick Forum in this
thread.
"Alien Trespass" will open in the United
States on April 3rd, no UK release date has been
announced yet.
Fangoria Online has posted a film review for
Robert's movie "Autopsy":
AUTOPSY, part of this year’s After Dark
Horrorfest, is a collection of wet ’n’
nasty gore scenes, a couple of genuine seat-jumpers
and a few black laughs, in search of a storyline
to stitch them together. In his first outing
as director, Adam Gierasch proves to be an enthusiastic
meatball surgeon, but the movie (which he wrote
with regular partner Jace Anderson and E.L.
Katz) coulda used a script doctor. (read
